Mahler, stepfather, filed his Petition for Adoption of Ella Grace Miller, Case No. 2019 ADP 00111, in the Probate Court, Montgomery County, Ohio, praying that he be permitted by order of the Court, to adopt, as his own child, the child Ella Grace Miller, a minor, born at Dayton, Ohio and that the name of the child be changed to Ella Grace Mahler, alleging among other things in said Petition that Joseph E. If you wish to contest the adoption, you must also appear at the hearing. A final decree of adoption may be entered if you fail to file an objection to the adoption petition or appear at the hearing. The petition will be heard for determination by the Honorable Judge Alice O. McCollum of the Probate Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio on the 10th of January 2020 at 9:50 a.m. 10-12,10-19,10-26,11-2,11-9,11-16/2019
