ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID PROPOSALS CENTERVILLE- WASHGINGTON PARK DISTRICT HEADQUARTERS RENOVATION NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids from contractors will be received by Centerville-Washington Park District ("CWPD") for the Headquarters Renovation project, and will be opened and read aloud after. Interested bidders should submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of their fully completed and signed Bid Proposal, along with all required documentation, in an opaque sealed envelope marked "CONFIDENTIAL: SEALED BID FOR HEADQUARTERS RENOVATION". Sealed bids are due by Tuesday, June 4th at 2:00 pm local time. Bids shall be delivered to the Centerville-Washington Park District Headquarters Building, 221 N. Main Street, Centerville, Ohio 45459. Contact Nick Meyer at (937) 433-5155 for bid information. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Centerville-Washington Park District Headquarters Building, 221 N. Main Street, Centerville, Ohio 45459 on Thursday, May 23rd at 10:00 am. All inquiries must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in accordance with ORC 153.54 and in the forms prescribed in ORC 153.57 and 153.571. Centerville-Washington Park District will award the Project to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; however, CWPD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid received and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder.
