ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS Proposals will be received by Monroe Local Schools, Office of HR & Operations, 500 Yankee Rd., Monroe, Ohio 45050 until 8:00am on June 12th, 2019 and will be opened immediately thereafter. This Solicitation is for the purpose of entering into a contract for the operation of a foodservice management program for Monroe Local Schools. No Proposals shall be considered if they arrive after the time noted above. Submissions must be in accordance with the Request for Proposal that is available free of charge on the Monroe Local Schools web site at www.monroelocalschools.com Only electronic (email format) questions during the bidding process shall be considered and shall be addressed to Mr. Jesse Catanzaro Director of HR & Operations, Monroe Local School District, jcatanzaro@monroelocalschools.com. All questions must be received by noon on May 24th, 2019. Walk-through of the existing facilities + a conference is optional and is scheduled for May 29th, 2019 at Monroe High School. Beginning promptly at 3:00pm at Monroe High School: 220 Yankee Rd. Monroe, OH 45050. The Monroe Local School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received and to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the District at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
