ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUALIFICATIONS LEGAL NOTICE Sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Design-Build teams will be received by the Director of Electric Operations of the City of Lebanon, Ohio at 50 S Broadway Ave., Lebanon, Ohio until 2:00 PM local time on Friday, July 19, 2019 for the City of Lebanon Electric Department Storage Building Design-Build Project RFQ# 19-1836. The City Electric Department is the electric utility for the City and this RFQ is the first step in the selection of a Design-Build team for the demolition and construction of a concrete block with brick exterior storage building on City property located at 201 South Sycamore Street. RFQ documents, with additional specifications and requirements, may be obtained from the Office of the City Auditor, City of Lebanon Building, 50 South Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio 45036 or on the City's website at www.lebanonohio.gov under the Bid Posting menu. The City reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs and to waive any informalities.
