Bid for Demolition of Condemned Structures Notice

BID FOR DEMOLITION OF CONDEMNED STRUCTURES Notice is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located on the fourth floor of City Hall, 76 E. High St., Springfield, Ohio, 45502 until 12:00 noon, local time, Friday, March 29, 2019 for the Demolition of Condemned Structures. Bid packages are available to be mailed or emailed. Contact Brandy Bubp at bbubp@springfieldohio.gov. Each segment of service and said bid submitted shall comply strictly to the specifications and instructions to bidders prepared by the Director of Finance and now on file in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, for use by prospective bidders. The bidder shall assume full responsibility for timely delivery at the location designated for receipt of bids. Elements of this project are to be funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Community Development Block Grant to the City of Springfield and are subject to the rules and regulations related to such funding. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents.
