Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio ("Coa")

Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio ("COA") is seeking competitive, sealed proposals from qualified not-for profit organizations and public agencies, interested in contracting with COA to become an Adult Day Services provider for older adults of COA's Adult Day Services Program. The purpose of this RFP is to find qualified facilities within Warren County to deliver Adult Day services. Starting September 9, 2019, submission requirements will be available on COA's webpage https://www.help4seniors.org/Service-Providers/Elderly-Service-Program/ESP-Request-Proposals.aspx. Completed proposals are due at COA on September 20, 2019 no later than 12:00 p.m. EST. 9-8/2019
