LEGAL AD AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS ITB NO. FM-2024-06-01 Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Butler County Commissioner's Office, 315 High Street, 6th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 until 10:30 a.m. EST on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 10:45 a.m. or shortly thereafter in the Commissioners' Chambers, located on the 2nd Floor of the Butler County Government Services Center, for HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services, in accordance with specifications under ITB No. FM-2024-06-01. Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Butler County Commissioners; by query at: To access the specifications on this site, please scroll down until the project is found: HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services, ITB No. FM-2024-06-01. Only Bidders who register for the invitation-to-bid shall be eligible to submit a bid. To register, Bidders must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid and site tour of all locations held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, and If not completed Thursday, July 18, 2024, beginning at 8:30 AM, held at 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, in the Government Services Center, 1st-floor lobby. Bidders are required to complete and submit ALL forms that are included with the packet. Bidders are required to use the forms furnished by the County when submitting their bid. Forms provided cannot be altered. Bidders must complete and return the following: the Bid Form, Price List for County Buildings, Vendor Information, Civil Rights Compliance Statement, Delinquent Personal Property Tax Affidavit, Non­Collusion Affidavit, W-9 Form, Independent Contractor Acknowledgment, Electronic Payment Request Form, Bid Bond, proof of insurance, 3 commercial references and a Statement of Qualifications. The completion and submittal of the forms is mandatory. Bidders shall submit with their bid either a bid bond in satisfactory form in favor of the County for 10% of the amount of the services bid for the first years' service or a certified or cashier's check in the same amount. The winning bidder shall submit a performance bond in the full amount of the services bid for the first year of the agreement following the awarding of the contract. The bidder may provide a combination bid/performance bond, as defined by the Ohio Revised Code. Bonds submitted must comply with O.R.C. 153.54. Unsuccessful bidders who provided a certified check or money order will have said check returned once a contract is awarded. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities; to reject any and all bids or any portion of a bid; to award partial bids to multiple bidders, or to accept the bid of the lowest and best bidder as determined by the Board, and to hold bids valid for sixty (60) days from the bid date. Bids are to be SEALED and delivered to the office of the Butler County Commissioner's Office, and each bid shall bear on its face the name and address of the bidder and be plainly marked "Bid on ITB No. FM-2024-06-01, HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services ".
