Legal Advertisement Statement of Qualifications (Soq) Will Be

LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) will be received in the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 9th floor, County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45422, until 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 30th for Project No. 130012-53, Belt Filter Replacement-Eastern Regional, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. The Board of County Commissioners, Montgomery County, Ohio along with the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department in accordance with ORC 153.65-153.70 is seeking the services of a Qualified Engineering Firm to provide consulting services for this project. The successful firms shall meet the requirements for qualifications as listed in the ORC 153.65 (D) and have on staff a minimum of one licensed or accredited professional for each of the services required. The complete Request for Qualifications is available on the Montgomery County website at www.mcohio.org/onlinebidswww.mcohio.org/onlinebids.org The Mandatory Pre-qualification meeting will be held at 10:30 A.M., Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 1850 Spaulding Road, Kettering OH 45432. One (1) original signed qualification statement with forms 3 and 4 completed and three (3) additional copies shall be provided in sealed envelope identified as Project No. 130012-53, Belt Filter Replacement-Eastern Regional, and must have the full name and address of the Respondent on the envelope. Montgomery County shall determine the best responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each statement received. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularity of qualification statements, should same be to the advantage of the county.
