Legal Advertisement Statement of Qualifications (Soq) Will Be

LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) will be received in the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 9th floor, County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45422, until 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 10, 2021 for Project No. 130012-45, Eastern Regional Generator Replacement Project, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. The Board of County Commissioners, Montgomery County, Ohio along with the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department in accordance with ORC 153.65-153.70 is seeking the services of a Qualified Engineering Firm to provide consulting services for this project. The successful firms shall meet the requirements for qualifications as listed in the ORC 153.65 (D) and have on staff a minimum of one licensed or accredited professional for each of the services required. The FIRST MANDATORY meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2021. The SECOND MANDATORY meeting will be a site visit and walk through held at Eastern Regional Water Reclamation Plant located at 1802 Spaulding Road, Kettering, OH 45432 at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27th, 2021. One (1) original signed qualification statement with forms 3 and 4 completed, six (6) additional, COLOR copies, and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive shall be provided in sealed envelope identified as Project No. 130012-45, Eastern Regional Generator Replacement Project and must have the full name and address of the Respondent on the envelope. Montgomery County shall determine the best responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each statement received. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularity of qualification statements, should same be to the advantage of the county.
