LEGAL NOTICE Dayton Public School District (DPSD) intends to enter into a Three (3) year contract, with Two (2) one year options with a qualified vendor to deliver Administrator Services for Workers Compensation. This initiative is known as the DPSD Third Party Administrator Services. On February 11, 2019, DPSD will post a formal solicitation for RFP 19-889 Third Party Administrator Services for Dayton Public Schools at web site: www.dps.k12.oh.us. All interested parties, potential Offerors, and those seeking to do business are hereby notified that this web site will be updated periodically to include additional documentation. Interested parties, potential Offerors, and those seeking to do business must continuously check this web site to make sure to receive any additional information posted regarding this solicitation. Senior Contract Specialist, Nancy Bowman, is the point of contact and may be reached via email at nbowman@daytonpublic.com. A pre-proposal conference will be held, Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., at 115 S. Ludlow Street; 5th Floor Conference Room, Dayton, Ohio 45402. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. Sealed proposals to provide Third Party Administrator Services for Dayton Public Schools will be accepted by 12:00 noon, EST Friday, on April 5, 2019. Responses must be submitted electronically at https://dps.bonfirehub.com/ opportunities/13114. Questions regarding this solicitation will be accepted ONLY in writing to the point of contact listed above prior to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday April 1, 2019. Firms submitting proposals must be approved by the Human Relations Council of the City of Dayton and must submit with their proposal evidence of such approval. The participation of Local, Economically Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (EDBEs) firms and organizations is strongly encouraged. Based on Ohio Revised Code 5719.042, the Dayton Board of Education requires that all firms submit with their proposal an affidavit affirming status of delinquency on property taxes.
