LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, in the Office of the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, 5th Floor, 50 East Columbia Street, P.O. Box 2639, Springfield, Ohio 45501, UNTIL TUESDAY, APRIL 2, 2019, AT 10:00 A.M. for Rebid for Annual Elevator Repair and Maintenance Services, for Clark County, pursuant to the bid specifications. PLEASE NOTE: BIDS DELIVERED/RECEIVED AFTER THE SUBMITTAL TIME (EXACTLY 10 A.M. ON THE COMMISSION CLOCK) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Specifications and bid/contract forms and other documents may be obtained by contacting Mike Swank, Buildings and Grounds, 1324 Lagonda Ave., Springfield, Ohio 45503, 937-328-2488, mswank@clarkcountyohio.gov. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of each person or company submitting the bid. All bids must be submitted to the Clerk's Office of the Board of County Commissioners, 5th Floor, County Offices Building, 50 East Columbia Street, P.O. Box 2639, Springfield, Ohio, 45501-2639, NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, APRIL 2, 2019, AT 10:00 A.M. Bids will be opened by the Clerk in public session at approximately 10:00 A.M. in the Public Chambers, Fifth Floor, County Offices Building, 50 East Columbia Street, Springfield, Ohio. Bids are to be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope in the lower left hand corner as follows: "Rebid for Annual Elevator Repair and Maintenance Services." Name and address of company submitting bid shall also appear on the outside of the envelope. Bidders must submit the following as one original and one copy: Bid, Bid Bond, Affidavit in Compliance with ORC 3517.13, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Personal Property Tax Statement. The successful bidder must meet the County's insurance requirements (the list of requirements is included in the bid package). Please note: the County is exempt from all Federal, State, Local and/or Excise Taxes. Failure to submit an original bid bond with the bid package automatically invalidates the bid.
