LEGAL NOTICE NO. 38 Electronic bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent, Department of Procurement, Management & Budget of the City of Dayton, State of of Ohio, until 3:00 p.m., EST, THURSDAY, AUGUST 20, 2020 for the following improvement: RFP No. 20-011PWPM DESIGN BUILD SERVICES CITY HALL MEZZANINE EOC AREA (FEDERAL GRANT FUNDS) Bidding documents for this project may be examined online or downloaded at: There will be a voluntary site visit by appointment only on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. Although this is voluntary, we are asking that you pre-register so that we can conform to the COVID-19 guidelines. The site visit should last approximately 30 minutes. Each entity is requested to have no more than 2 attendees. There will be no more than 10 people per group allowed, which includes 2 members from City Staff. The meeting times will begin at 10:00 AM EST. Should a second group be needed, it will be begin at 11:00 AM EST. All participants will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms upon entry into City Hall and shall be required to wear a mask throughout the duration of the site visit.
