LEGAL NOTICE OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO Request For Qualifications 2023-05-02 Qualifications will be received at the office of the Board of Butler County Commissioner's Office, 315 High Street, 6th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio, 45011, until 12:00 pm, local time, on June 13, 2023, for RFQ 2023-05-02 Construction of the Butler County Coroner's Administrative Office and Morgue Consolidation Project. The Board of Butler County Commissioners may, in their sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever any or all qualifications; re-advertise this Request for Qualifications; postpone or cancel at any time the RFQ process; waive any informalities of or irregularities in the process; negotiate with any party or request additional information if it so desires.
