LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Oxford at the office of the Service Director, City of Oxford Municipal Building, 15 South College Ave., Oxford, Ohio 45056, until 10:30 a.m. local time, January 24, 2020, and publicly opened and read at that hour and place. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in their consideration, offered the lowest and best proposal. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected. The City of Oxford is advertising this project as is corresponds with TIF District project financing. 4-Leaf Development, LLC will be the contracting agent for the project(s). The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the Lakewood Drive Roadway Plans and BUT-27 @ Lakewood Drive Roadway Plans. Contract documents may be obtained from the office of Hotel Development Services (HDS), 125 West Spring Oxford OH 45056, where they are available for inspection by prospective bidders, or bidders can email HDS at rhonda@hoteldevelopment.net to receive instructions on how to view the contract documents electronically. A set of printed contract documents may be obtained by bidders for a non-refundable cost of $30.00, payable to HDS. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin and are required to follow all State of Ohio prevailing wage rate requirements.
