Kimmons Administrative Center) 4110 Hamilton-Middletown Rd., Hamilton, OH 45011-6218 for the following project: BMHA Petty Plaza Fan Coil Replacement 4110 Hamilton-Middletown Rd., Hamilton, Ohio Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority The project consists providing and installing new fan coil units in approximately 110 dwelling units at Petty Plaza in Hamilton, Ohio. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Creative Housing Solutions, Inc. 935 Lenox Pl., Cincinnati, OH 45229. (513) 961-4400.
