Kimmons Administrative Center) 4110 Hamilton-Middletown Rd., Hamilton, OH 45011-6218 for the following project: BMHA Dayton Lane Gardens Elevator Replacement 4110 Hamilton-Middletown Rd., Hamilton, Ohio Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority The project consists renovation of two (2) existing elevators at Dayton Lane Gardens Hamilton, Ohio. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Creative Housing Solutions, Inc. 935 Lenox Pl., Cincinnati, OH 45229. (513) 961-4400. Bids will be opened immediately and read publicly at the aforementioned time in the BMHA Board Room.
