Model Construction is Soliciting Bids from Select Trades

Model Construction is soliciting bids from select trades for the Germantown Crossing project. This project includes redevelopment of a 1.9 acre site on the west side of Dayton, Ohio and constructing a new affordable housing multi-family facility consisting of 53,841 SF and 50 units. Construction is anticipated to start mid-summer and be Substantially Complete within 15 months. Germantown Crossing is a prevailing wage project. Bids are due to Model Construction via Building Connected on Tuesday, June 27th by 2:00PM.
