Notice of RFP: Notice is hereby given that the Southwestern Ohio EPC Cooperative, hereafter referred to as the SWEPC, will receive Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of the following: USDA Food Products: USDA Codes 100022, 100047, 100103, 100113, 100124, 100154, 100156, 100193, 100212, 100220, 100225, 100237, 100332, 100360, 100397, 100413, 100418, 100420, 100506, 100883, 100912, 100980, 110149, 110227, 110242, 110244, 110381, 110700, 110601, 110556. Email stephanie.zinger@epcschools.org to request Bid Documents. One hard copy of the Bid Response along with an electronic copy uploaded to https://x.onehub.com/dropboxes/pd53vkj8 is required. The electronic copy must have the Processor's name and the words "SWEPC RFP" in the title. The hard copy proposal must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with "Sealed Bid" and delivered by Friday, February 15, 2019 at 4:00 pm to: Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council, Attn: SWEPC RFP, 303 Corporate Center Dr. Suite 208, Vandalia, OH 45377. SWEPC represents a total enrollment of over 1,000,000 students and 602 member districts. SWEPC utilizes Gordon Food Service as their broad line distributor and HPS as their third party commodity administrator. SWEPC requires detailed product information including usable portion sizes, meal component contributions for K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 grade levels. Instruction sheets are included with the RFP to assist processors in the completion of the bid specification forms. SWEPC reserves the right to reject any and all bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
