Notice to Bidders Sealed bids will be accepted by the Miami Valley Career Technology Center until 1:00 PM EST, March 7, 2019, for the Parking Lot Expansion at the Adult Education & Administrative Office Building, after which they will be publicly opened and read in the Board Room of the Adult Education Building at 6801 Hoke Road, Clayton, Ohio. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Address bids to the Office of the Treasurer, Miami Valley Career Technology Center, Administrative Offices, 6801 Hoke Road, Clayton, Ohio 45315. Address all questions to Fernando Oseguera, App Architecture, 937.836.8898; fernando.oseguera@app-arch.com. Work for the Project includes site preparation, storm utilities, concrete curbs, asphalt paving, traffic gate, electrical work, and light poles installation. Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, which will cover all scopes of work necessary. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 20 at 1:30 PM at the MVCTC Administrative Offices Board Room, 6801 Hoke Road, Clayton, OH. Contract Documents will be available to download from App Architecture's FTP site starting Monday, February 11. Email your request to bids@app-arch.com and you will receive an email with downloading instructions. Contract Documents will also be available for purchase from BlueServ Reprographics, 3313 Seajay Drive, Beavercreek, Ohio, 45430, 937.426.6410, www.blueservrepro.com. These documents will be ready for purchase starting Monday, February 11. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as required by Section 15.3.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The MVCTC reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids and to reject any or all bids.
