Notice to Bidders Sealed Bids Will Be Received

NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received in the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 9th floor County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, until 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2020, for Project No. 130023-08, Erosion Control, Phase 2 Wolf Creek Relief Sewer Replacement, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. Said Bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin in Room 902, 9th floor of the County Administration Building. The project will include sanitary sewer replacement and stream restoration through channel armoring near the City of Trotwood, Ohio to increase sewer capacity and protect sanitary sewer infrastructure from potential stream bank erosion. The new sanitary sewer installation will include 3,300 linear feet of 42-inch ductile iron pipe by open cut methods and 285 linear feet of 42-inch ductile iron pipe by jack and bore methods. The work will also include 13 72-inch manholes, 3 48-inch manholes and other appurtenances. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "Project No. 130023-08, Erosion Control, Phase 2 Wolf Creek Relief Sewer Replacement" and must have full name and address of the Bidder on the envelope.
