NOTICE TO BIDDERS Section 307.86 of the Ohio Revised Code The Board of Miami County Commissioners will accept and open sealed bids at their office in the Miami County Safety Building, 201 West Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373 on: THURSDAY, JULY 25, 2019 AT 1:40 P.M. for the following: Purchase of two (2) 2019 Ford Escape Titanium or simlar vehicle for the Miami County Department of Development meeting general specifications outlined on the County website listed below. In addition, the County is requesting trade-in values for 2 County vehicles. Details on trade vehicles can also be found on the County website listed below. The bid shall include the final total cost of each vehicle including delivery charges and a 30 day tag, as well as the trade-in value given for each County vehicle. Sealed bids (ORIGINAL AND 1 COPY) shall be addressed to the Board of Miami County Commissioners and shall arrive or be delivered to their office 201 W. Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373 on or before the abovestated date and time. Bids shall be marked, "BID FOR VEHICLE PURCHASE MIAMI COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT". No proposer shall withdraw his bid after the actual opening thereof. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive the irregularities in any bid, and to accept bids that are deemed by the Board of Commissioners to be in the best interest of the Board of Commissioners.
