NOTICE TO BIDDERS/SOLICITATION Sealed bids will be received by Wright State University, Office of Design & Construction (contact: Javan Conley 937-775-3733), 2455 Presidential Dr., 2nd floor, Fairborn OH 45324 for the following Project: Wright State University New Paving 2019, Project #WSU-190006; in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by: Lockwood Jones & Beals Inc., Miamisburg, Ohio (937-259-5000). Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO and State of Ohio EDGE Business Development Program Certified Statement(s) of Intent for any EDGE Business Enterprise(s) participating on the Project are applicable to this Project. The EDGE Participation Goal is 5.0%. Bidders are required to be enrolled in and to be in good standing in a DFWP approved by the Ohio BWC prior to starting work. Estimated bids will be received for: Paving Contract $650,000 Until May 29,2019 at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time) at the offices of Design & Construction located at 2455 Presidential Dr., room 267, Fairborn OH 45324. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (Local Time), at the following location: Design & Construction offices located at 2455 Presidential Dr., 2nd floor, Fairborn OH 45324. Contract Documents are available for purchase beginning on Tuesday May 7, 2019 from BlueServ Reprographics, LLC, 3313 Seajay Drive, Beavercreek, Ohio 45430, 937-426-6410 for the non-refundable cost of printing plus shipping, if requested.
