Public Notice Request for Proposals The Ohio Commission on Minority Health announces the availability of two Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Demonstration Grant funding for up to $75,000 and the Lupus Grant funding for up to $16,000 for Fiscal Year 2022. The RFP's outlining grant requirements and technical assistance information will be available on our website on January 4, 2021 at www.mih.ohio.gov or contact: Ohio Commission on Minority Health at minhealth@mih.ohio.gov The deadline for application submission is February 12, 2021. Organizations that are selected for funding are also eligible for a second year of funding based on year one performance. 12-27/2020
