REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Board of Education of New Lebanon Local School District, New Lebanon, Montgomery County, Ohio is requesting proposals for REPLACING STADIUM LIGHTING AT CHIEF BROWN STADIUM located at 1100 S. Main St., New Lebanon, OH. If you should decide to bid we would request that you contact Mr. Lance Hoop, Maintenance Director at (lhoop@newlebanonschools.org), to meet and review the site and discuss any questions or concerns that you may have regarding the job. Proposals will be accepted, at the office of the Treasurer, through January 21, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. and the bids will be opened on January 21, 2020, at New Lebanon Local Schools Board Office located at 320 S. Fuls Rd., New Lebanon, OH 45345 at 2:01 p.m. and read and recorded by the Treasurer. Though price is a commanding portion of the award decision, experience, references and reputation will count proportionately towards the decision. 1-6, 1-13/2020
