REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Clayton Purchasing Department will receive sealed proposals until Monday, April 22, 2019 at 9:00 AM, for a qualified third-party billing service to handle 911 pre-hospital Emergency Medical Services (EMS) billing services.
