REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) LEGAL NOTICE TIMBERHILL ZIPLINE AT RENTSCHLER FOREST METROPARK FEASIBILITY STUDY Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Zipline Feasibility Study at Rentschler Forest MetroPark, Timberhill Area will be received by MetroParks of Butler County (Owner) via email to mlatham@yourmetroparks.net until 4:00 P.M. (LOCAL TIME) on August 9, 2019. Copies of the full RFQ document may be obtained on our website at www. yourmetroparks.net, and may be accessed by clicking on "About," then "RFPs and Bid Opportunities." Upon receipt, Owner will evaluate each SOQ based on the evaluation factors contained in the full RFQ document. The Respondent determined to be most qualified in the sole judgment of the Owner will be invited to submit a detailed Scope and Fee Proposal and enter into negotiations with the Owner for the study contract. The project is described as follows: Feasibilty Study for a Zipline Course and Related Amenities at Timberhill Area of Rentschler Forest MetroPark, 3976 Hamilton-Middletown Road, Hamilton, OH 45011 Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the RFQ process.
