Sealed Bids Will Be Received by Springfield City

Sealed bids will be received by Springfield City Schools at the Treasurer's Office, 1500 W Jefferson St, Springfield OH 45506, until 2:00 pm local time on May 31, 2019, for installation of new com links to all variable air volume (VAV) boxes at the Warder Park elementary school building in accordance with District approved scope of work. A design firm was not used in the preparation of the scope of work. Bids will be opened and read in the Board Room at 1500 W Jefferson St shortly after 2:00 pm. Submit all questions to Mr. John Parrish (937-505-2844 or parrishjh@scsdoh.org). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am, May 23, 2019, at the District Service Center, 651 E Home Rd, Springfield OH 45503. Contract Documents are available to be viewed without charge during business hours at the District Service Center. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct necessary investigation to determine bidder responsibility.
