The Greenon Local School District Board of Education

The Greenon Local School District Board of Education ("Board") announces it will accept sealed bids for Greenon Athletic Building Renovation in accordance with public action of the Board taken on June 25, 2019. Submission of sealed bids should be in strict response to the instructions and conditions which are available at the District's administrative office through its Treasurer, Brad McKee, 120 S. Xenia Street, Enon, OH 45323. All sealed bids submitted in response to this notice shall include a bid guarantee in the form of a bond for the full amount of the bid that is responsive to the scope of the project and in accordance with ORC section 153.54. Except as required by statute, the Board reserves the right in its sole discretion, to modify this procedure, and to reject any or all sealed bids submitted, without the imposition of any form of liability. Parties wishing to submit a sealed bid responsive to this notice must do so in writing, physically received by the Treasurer before August 12, 2019 by 11:00 am. Any sealed bids received after this deadline will not be considered. Three (3) paper copies of the sealed bid must be submitted to: Brad McKee, Treasurer Greenon Local Schools 120 S.
