JOHNSON, et al., CASE NO. 1:19-CV-00842-MWF-KLL, UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT, SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF OHIO. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to serve upon JEFFREY N. NUÃ'EZ, Trial Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice Tax Division, P.O.
