Ord. 41-20 Final Development Plan for the Dunkin Restaurant portion of the Chick-fil-A restaurant/retail center Planned Unit Development. Ord. 42-20 Agreement with the City of Springdale, Ohio for cooperatively funding the Paving Improvements to Route 4 between Interstate 275 and Seward Road and declaring an emergency. Ord. 43-20 Three (3) year contract with Polydyne Inc. for Purchase of Sludge Conditioning Polymer for Wastewater Plant with City option for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
