CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 7-2019 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on April 8, 2019. Ord. 30-19 Contract with Prus Construction for the 2019 Sidewalk/Apron Replacement Program. Ord. 31-19 Contract with WG Stang, LLC for the River and Gray Intersection Improvements Project. Ord. 32-19 Amend Section 163.20 of the Employee Provisions of Ordinance No. 166-84, The Codified Ordinances of Fairfield, Ohio. Ord. 33-19 One (1) year contract with Greer Lime Company for the purchase of quick lime for use at the City's Water Treatments Plant, with City option for two additional one (1) year terms. Ord. 34-19 Amended Employment Agreement for the City Manager. Ord. 35-19 Issuance of not to exceed $2,000,000 of various purpose bond anticipation notes, series 2019, by the City of Fairfield, Ohio, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, and declaring an emergency. Ord. 36-19 Issuance of not to exceed $4,000,000 of various purpose bond anticipation notes, series 2017, second (2019) renewal, by the City of Fairfield, Ohio, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, and declaring an emergency. Ord. 38-19 Appropriation Ordinance (Contractual Items) - $1,950,000 for 2019 Asphalt Paving and Resurfacing Project - Symmes Road between Seward and ByPass 4. Ord. 39-19 Appropriation Ordinance (Non-Contractual Items) $34,000 for engineering services for Water Plant equipment upgrades; $15,000 for fire hydrant appropriation; $38,000 for trip hazard sidewalk repair via cutting; $8,080 for UV Disinfection Lamps.
