CITY OF KETTERING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Kettering City Council in Council Chambers at the City of Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., regarding P.C. 19-008 request of vacation of an unused 10' wide utility easement at the property at 4418 Moraine Ridge Lane. Planning Commission heard P.C. 19-008 on May 6, 2019 with recommendations to City Council that the requested vacation be approved.
