CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 4342-20 EXTENDING THE TIME FOR HEARING APPLICATIONS AND APPEALS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY The Council of the City of Kettering, Ohio, duly passed Ordinance No. 4342-20 as an emergency measure at a Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. The ordinance shall become effective and take full force immediately upon and after its adoption. A copy of the ordinance in the form in which it was passed is available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of Council, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio.
