Deerfield Township 2019 Parkway Sidewalk Improvement Project Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the administration office of Deerfield Township, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150 Mason, Ohio 45040, until February 28, 2019 at 1:00pm. At said time, bids will be opened and read aloud for: Deerfield Township 2019 Parkway Sidewalk Improvement Project This will be according to specifications on file with the Board of Trustees and is a Prevailing Wage project. Information and specifications are available at ARC Document Solutions 7157 E. Kemper Road, Cincinnati, OH 45249. The Deerfield Township Trustees reserve the right to accept the lowest and best bid, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids, which do not impair the bidding process. The Deerfield Township Trustees also reserve the right to conduct all necessary inquiries and investigations in determining the lowest responsible bidder.
