A7A; MONROE, OH 45040-1263 AND JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT, WHOSE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS IS 4471 STATE ROUTE 122, FRANKLIN, OH 45005, will take notice that on the day of June, 2024, Barney Wright, Treasurer of Warren County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio, at 500 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio, 45036, in Case No. 24CV97531 on the docket of said Court, demanding judgment in the amount of $6,582.44, plus accrued taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest and court costs; and, Plaintiff is seeking an order of foreclosure against the following described rear estate: Sidwell No. 08-27-401-026 Account No. 1425307 Situated in the County of Warren, in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Franklin, Range 4N, Town 3E, Section 27, to wit: Being Lot Number Seven (7) as the same is known and designated on the recorded plat of Wilshire Heights, a subdivision of lots and lands in Franklin Township, Warren County, Ohio. Subject, however, to restrictions as are contained and described on the plat for said premises recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 417, in the Recorders Office of Warren County, Ohio Also subject to restrictions, limitations, covenants, easements, and rights-of-way of record heretofore created, and all use, planning and zoning regulations which may now be applicable to or effective against said premises SAVE AND EXCEPT: 0.027 acres conveyed to the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation at Official Record Volume 3043, Page 843.
