Mione (0091795) 2800 Livernois Road, Suite 360 Troy, MI 48083 Plaintiff, v David Smith and Jane and John Doe, 122 Sammy Drive Fairfield, Ohio 45014 Defendants. The court and public shall take notice that on April 30, 2019, the Plaintiff filed a Forcible Entry and Detainer First Claim for Relief ("Claim") against David Smith, deceased and Jane and John Doe ("Defendants"), in the Fairfield Municipal Court, Case No. 2019 CVG 0572. The Claim is related to the premises of 122 Sammy Drive, Fairfield, Ohio 45014 ("Premises"). The Premises is in the manufactured home community, known as Fairfield Acres. The manufactured home David Smith resided in is still located on the Premises. The Claim against the Defendants was filed by reason of non-payment of rent as of December, 2017; after which the Plaintiff served the Defendant with a 3 Day Notice to Vacate as required by law. There are no known documents to indicate a predetermined course of David Smith's estate in the event of his death. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Claim is for possession of the Premises to be rightfully transferred to the Plaintiff so that it can therefore begin the process of reclaiming possession of 122 Sammy Drive, Fairfield, Ohio 45014. The Claim for restitution of the Premises shall be scheduled for a hearing in accordance with local court rules, but in no event no sooner than the seventh day from the date service is complete. This legal notice will be published at least once a week for two consecutive weeks. 6-5, 6-12/2019
