The court and public shall take notice that on or about January 30, 2020, the Plaintiff Fairfield Acres, LLC ("Plaintiff") filed the following documents in the Fairfield Municipal Court ("Court") as it relates to Case No. 2019 CVG 0572: (a) Clerk's Notice to Interested Parties, Treasurer and Auditor of Potential Sale, Destruction or Transfer of Manufactured Home, (b) Judgment Entry and Writ of Execution to Transfer Title to Manufactured Home Pursuant to O.R.C. Section 1923.13, and (c) Praecipe for Writ of Execution pursuant to O.R.C. Section 1923.13 and for Court to Order Transfer of Title to Manufactured Home Pursuant to O.R.C. Section 1923.13. These documents are related to the manufactured home located at 122 Sammy Drive, Fairfield, Ohio 45014 ("Home") in the manufactured home community known as Fairfield Acres. Defendant David Smith ("Defendant"), who is now deceased, previously resided in the Home, and it is still located at Fairfield Acres and has been abandoned. Upon information and belief, Defendant is deceased and no probate estate was opened in his name. The relief sought within the foregoing documents is for title of the Home to be rightfully transferred to the Plaintiff, which follows entry of a judgment and writ entered in favor of Fairfield Acres by the Court. This legal notice will be published at least once a week for two consecutive weeks, after which Plaintiff shall file a Proof of Service with the Court, and request that the Judgment Entry and Writ of Execution to Transfer Title to the Home to Plaintiff be entered by the Court. 2-7, 2-14/2020
