LEGAL NOTICE NO. 18-8047 Per Section 7.16 of the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Middletown City Council will have a first reading of an ordinance modifying a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area, establishing requirements to ensure public health and safety within such area at 5:30 p.m. on January 22, 2019, during the City Council meeting held in the Council Chambers on the lower level of the City Building, One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio. Interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place so stated.
