LEGAL NOTICE NO. 19-8060 NOTICE OF FILING ASSESSMENT 2018 SIDEWALK, CURB AND GUTTER PROGRAM Notice is hereby given that the final assessments have been ascertained for repairing curbs, sidewalks and drive aprons during the year 2018 in the City of Middletown on the various streets in said City associated with the 2018 Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program as set forth in Resolution No. R2018-08 adopted May 1, 2018. Said final assessments are now on file in the office of the Clerk of City Council of the City of Middletown for the inspection and examination of all persons interested therein.
