LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on May 28, 2019, on or after 7:00 p.m. in the meeting room of City Hall, 6131 Taylorsville Road, Huber Heights, Ohio by the Planning Commission for Case 19-25. The applicant is Carriage Trails at the Heights, LLC. The applicant is requesting approval of a Rezoning from R1 (Single-Family Residential) to PR (Planned Residential), and approval of a Lot Split consisting of 14.65 acres at property located South of State Route 202, Tipp City, Ohio. The application is on file at the Huber Heights Zoning Office located at City Hall, 6131 Taylorsville Road, Huber Heights, Ohio and may be examined between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
