LEGAL NOTICE Notice To Property Owner Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of May 2019, the Council of the City of Oxford, Ohio, duly adopted Resolution No. 7080 declaring it necessary to improve certain properties in the City of Oxford by re-paving, re-curbing and constructing or repairing the sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. Those specific properties which are to be improved are listed on Exhibit "A" attached to Resolution No. 7080. Those sidewalks, curbs and gutters located on the properties described in Exhibit "A" attached to Resolution No. 7080 shall be repaired by the owners of the lots or lands abutting thereon in accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the Clerk of Council no later than forty-five (45) days after receipt of this Notice. In the event such owner does not construct or repair such sidewalks, curbs, or gutters in accordance with such specifications and within forty-five (45) days after receipt of this notice, the City of Oxford, Ohio will repair such sidewalks, curbs, and gutters in accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, and assess the costs thereof against the lot or land of such owner.
