LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code, Chapter 5108, each county agency is to renew its Prevention, Retention and Contingency plan every two years. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services provides public and local government entities thirty days to review the plan and submit comments. The review period for the plan proposed by the Butler County Department of Job and Family Services shall commence on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. The plan can be found on the Butler County website at https://www.bcohio.gov under Board of Commissioners, Services, Bid Postings. All comments should be submitted in writing and must be received in the office no later than 4:00 p.m., September 29, 2023 at The Butler County Department of Job and Family Services, Attn: Julie Gilbert, 315 High Street, 9th floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
