LEGAL NOTICE STAGE II FINAL PUD PLAN The Deerfield Township Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040 on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. to consider an application for Stage II, Final PUD Plan, filed in Case # 2020-15. The subject property is described as Warren County Sidwell Parcel Number 1618200018 and is located at the northwest corner of Kings Island Drive and Kings Avenue. The application requests the approval of a ground mounted sign for the camping ground/RV park and outdoor activities. The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Deerfield Township Planning and Zoning Department offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
