LEGAL NOTICE The Board of Education of the Fairborn City School District hereby gives public notice in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code that it will hold a public meeting to consider the re-employment of Jennifer Gillespie, Music Teacher, Fairborn Intermediate School to the same position for which Jennifer Gillespie retired from as of May 29, 2020. The public meeting will occur on July 09, 2020 at 5:45 p.m. at the Fairborn High School Media Center, 900 East Dayton Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, Ohio. The Board provides this notice at least 60 days prior to the date of Mrs. Gillespie's re-hiring and certifies that the public meeting required pursuant to Ohio law shall take place before the re-employment of Jennifer Gillespie as Music Teacher, Fairborn Intermediate School is approved by the Board.
