Legal Notice the Middletown City School District Board

LEGAL NOTICE The Middletown City School District Board of Education hereby gives public notice in accordance with Section 3307.353 of the Ohio Revised Code that Michael Valenti, Middletown Middle School Principal, Kim Tamaska, Middletown City School Psychologist, and Sherry Gaston, Middletown City Schools Counselor, will be retiring and is seeking employment with the District in such positions following retirement. The Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the issue of Michael Valenti, Kim Tamaska, and Sherry Gaston being employed in the District before the Board of Education meeting on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 6:15 p.m. at One Donham Plaza, 4th Floor, Middletown, Oh 45042. Board action may be taken 15 to 30 days following this hearing. 5-2, 5-9/2023
