LEGAL NOTICE TO: OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED FOR AND/OR COMPACTED BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW ROAD AT COLUMBIA ROAD BETWEEN SOCIALVILLE FOSTER AND WESTER ROW ROADSIN DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, WARREN COUNTY, OHIO Notice is hereby given that the Board of Township Trustees of Deerfield Township, County of Warren, Ohio, on the 3rd day of December, 2019, adopted Resolution No. declaring the necessity of improving Township roads by constructing a new road located at Columbia Road between Socialville Foster and Western Row Roads. Said resolution ordered the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles for said improvements theretofore prepared and now said plans are on file in the Township offices and said resolution provides that the entire cost of said improvements shall be assessed upon lots fronting the aforesaid road, and that said assessments shall be levied according to the benefits accruing to such real estate. The estimated assessments plans and specifications for said improvements are now on file in the Township offices and available for inspection by any interested person. The Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on January 21, 2020 to address objections to the project or the estimated assessments. Any objections to the project or your estimated assessments as to the amount or method of apportionment must be filed in writing with the Board of Trustees at the Township offices by January 20, 2020. Objections to the project, the assessment, the amount or apportionment thereof and any claims for compensation or damages must be filed in writing in the office of the Township Administrator within two weeks from the date of completion of the notice of the adoption of said resolution. This notice has been sent to the owners of the lots or parcels of land that will be assessed for or impacted by said improvement. Ohio.
