Legal Notice Use Variance Hearing the Deerfield Township

LEGAL NOTICE USE VARIANCE HEARING The Deerfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public meeting at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive Suite 180, Deerfield Township, 45040 on October 10, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider a requested extension of the previously approved BZA Case No. 2018-258, a use variance application filed by Joseph M. Scimia, General Counsel, Sterling Group Inc., (the "Applicant"). The Use Variance for a storage facility was approved at the property located at northeast corner of Bardes Road and Wilkens Boulevard, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio (Warren County Auditor's Parcel No. 1632400027). The approved variance has since expired and the applicant is requesting an extension of six months in accordance with the Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution: Section 3.08 (3) (E). The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, at the Deerfield Township Zoning Department Offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
