LEGAL NOTICE VARIANCE HEARING The Deerfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will be holding a public hearing virtually via Facebook live on the Township's Facebook Page on June 11, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. (https://www.facebook.com/ ChooseDeerfieldTownship/) The purpose of the hearing will be to consider BZA Case No. 2020-201, an application for an area variance filed by Charles Robert Allen, (the "Applicant"), pertaining to property located at 9739 Aspen Knoll Court, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio (Warren County Auditor's Parcel No. 1614376019). The variance sought by the Applicant is to allow an accessory structure to be erected in the front yard of the property which is regulated under section 4.09 of the Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution: Table 4.09-A (Accessory structure location requirement for residential single-family). The application will be posted on the Township's website, under the meetings page: https://www.choosedeerfield.com/ meetings/ at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
