LEGAL NOTICES City of Franklin, Ohio Publication of Ordinances and Resolutions On May 18, 2020, the Council of the City of Franklin, Ohio, adopted the following Resolutions: RESOLUTION 2020-25 PRELIMINARY PARTICIPATORY LEGISLATION FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE INTERSECTION FOR COMMUNITY PARK AT STATE ROUTE 123 This Resolution, required by ODOT, authorizes a project to begin in 2024 to realign the existing Community Park driveway with SR 123 to a 90-degree including the construction of a new traffic signal with pedestrian crossing accommodations. RESOLUTION 2020-26 APPOINTING KHRISTI DUNN AS CITY CLERK AND AMBER COPENHAVEN AND LYNNETTE DINKLER AS ACTING CITY CLERKS This Resolution authorizes the City to appoint Khristi Dunn as the new City Clerk and Lynnette Dinkler and Amber Copenhaven as Acting City Clerks during times when the Clerk is absent. RESOLUTION 2020-27 AMENDING RESOLUTION 2019-59 ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL LISTINGS AND PAY RATES FOR CITY OF FRANKLIN OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES FOR THE YEAR 2020 This Resolution amends Resolution 2019-59 to adjust for the hiring and salary of the newly appointed City Clerk. ORDINANCE 2020-07 DETERMINING TO PROCEED WITH THE IMPROVEMENT OF CITY STREETS AND PUBLIC WAYS BY THE LIGHTING THEREOF FOR THE YEAR 2021 This Ordinance provides the City with authority to proceed with the process of assessing for street lighting.
