Notice is hereby given that the West Chester Township Trustees adopted the following resolutions at their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 26, 2019: Emergency Resolution No. 02-2019 authorizing the issuance of road improvement bonds not to exceed $14,000,000.00 and declaring an emergency and dispensing with second reading; Emergency Resolution No. 03-2019 adopting and certifying the Township 2019 Permanent Appropriations and authorizing the transfer of funds from the General Fund to the Road and Bridge Fund and to the Cemetery Fund and declaring an emergency and dispensing with the second reading attest: Bruce Jones, Fiscal Officer.
